Isotherm's philosophy expands Engineering services beyond traditional design engineering boundaries. We deliver including engineering assessments and studies through typical and specialized design, document production, energy studies, and field inspection and supervision.
Our engineering staffs offer a range of technical services from simple HVAC sizing to full building energy modelling and energy saving calculations. We serve Clients in both the public and private sectors.
The Isotherm Engineering approach is to design mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems for new construction with our particular expertise in the retrofit of existing buildings and/or their M&E systems. We evaluate the existing M&E infrastructure and reuse as much of the existing as possible to deliver a life cycle cost-efficient new system. Retrofit experience has permitted our involvement with the reconstruction of the property after the fire loss. Although in the majority of cases documentation of the existing systems prior to the loss is non-existent, we can detail the remaining damaged system components and reverse engineer to be able to reconstruct and deliver an equal system.
