Existing Building Commissioning

Isotherm’s team specializes in Existing Building Commissioning (EBCx) which is a generic form for Retro-Commissioning or Re-Commissioning.  Retro-commissioning is a one-time commissioning process that applies to existing buildings that were not commissioned originally. Re-Commissioning (RCx) is a  commissioning process that re-optimizes existing buildings, that have already been either commissioned or retro-commissioned.
